Suggested itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Nice airport. Sightseeing tour of the old town of Nice, then visit the Chagall museum which houses the artist's greatest masterpieces.

Day 2

Visit the traditional and beautiful village of Saint-Paul de Vence and the Maeght fundation followed by a guided tour of a perfumery in Grasse with explanations how a perfume is created.

Day 3

Excursion to the "Gorges du Verdon" : its limestone cliffs plunging down onto emerald a water green water, its lakes, its tortuous paths...

Day 4

Sightseeing tour of Arles : the arenas, the cloister, the Alyscamps... Visit Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, traditional village of Provence, and a monastery where Van Gogh painted many of his works.

Day 5

Visit the Cassis creeks, a protected wild paradise. Sightseeing tour of Marseille : the old port and town, Notre-Dame de la Garde sanctuary, the opera... and transfer to the airport.
